Masala Chai
If you’re a fan of chai, you’ve come to the right place. This stunning tea starts with top notes of cardamom, cinnamon and spices that fold into a lovely, robust black tea that takes zero backtalk. It holds up well to milk to make chai lattes, and can be appreciated with every sweetener from sugar to honey.
Fun fact, masala is an Indian word for spice, while chai is the word for tea. So a masala chai directly translates to “Spiced Tea!”
All packages are measured by dry weight. A 1 oz package will yield approximately 8-10 8 oz servings.
Steeping Instructions:
For a single serving, place 1 teaspoon to disposable teabag or tea steeper and place into 8 oz (standard mug) barely boiled water for 7 minutes (be careful not to over steep). Add your favorite sweetener to taste as desired.
