Elderberry Bliss
This tea is a delightful homage to the Western NC roots of herbal medicine. With a flavor profile that is balanced and wild-berry, it is reminiscent of red wine. Between the elderberry itself and the echinacea (purple coneflower), this is a blend that will get you well, and keep you that way. This tea is much gentler than elderberry syrup! The smooth lemongrass finish gives this tea some playful levity. There is a reason this tea has outsold everything else!
All packages are measured by dry weight. A 1oz package will yield approximately 8-10 8oz servings.
Steeping Instructions:
For a single serving, place 1 heaped teaspoon to disposable teabag or tea steeper and place into 8oz (standard mug) boiled water for 7 minutes. Add your favorite sweetener to taste as desired. This tea is delicious both hot and as an iced tea. For larger brewing quantities, a 1 oz bag of loose elderberry tea will brew a half-gallon pitcher.
